These terms govern your use of the Solstice Haven website, resources, booking experience, and wellness offerings.

Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions form an agreement between you and Solstice Haven Wellness & Consulting. By accessing or using the website, resources, booking experience, or related offerings (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Wellness Scope
Solstice Haven provides educational wellness content and non-clinical wellness experiences. The Services are not medical care, mental-health treatment, psychotherapy, diagnosis, or emergency support, and they do not replace advice from a qualified licensed professional. Consult an appropriate provider before beginning a new wellness practice, especially if you have a health condition, are pregnant, take medication, or have concerns about whether a practice is suitable for you. Stop any practice that causes pain, dizziness, distress, or difficulty breathing. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.
Eligibility and Responsible Use
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian, to book a service. You agree to provide accurate information, use the Services lawfully and respectfully, and not interfere with site operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, impersonate another person, scrape content, or use the Services to harm others.
Bookings, Availability, and Payment
A booking submitted through the site is a request and is not final until Solstice Haven confirms it. Availability, service details, duration, and pricing may change before confirmation. The website does not currently collect payment online. Any payment terms, rescheduling requirements, or cancellation terms that apply to an appointment will be provided when the booking is confirmed. If those appointment-specific terms conflict with this page, the appointment-specific terms control for that booking.
Your Decisions and Assumption of Risk
You remain responsible for deciding whether and how to participate. Wellness practices, including breathing, meditation, movement, and energy-based practices, may affect people differently. To the extent permitted by law, you voluntarily assume the ordinary risks of participating and agree to communicate limitations and stop when a practice does not feel safe.
Intellectual Property
The site and its original text, images, audio, design, logos, downloads, and other content are owned by or licensed to Solstice Haven and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Services for lawful, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, republish, sell, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the content without written permission, except where applicable law permits it.
Information You Submit
You retain ownership of information you submit. You give Solstice Haven permission to use it only as reasonably needed to respond to you, administer a booking, provide requested Services, maintain records, and operate the business in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Do not submit content you do not have the right to share.
Third-Party Links
The site may link to independent websites and professional resources for convenience. Solstice Haven does not control or endorse every statement, service, availability, security practice, or policy of those third parties. Your use of an external site is governed by that provider’s terms and policies.
No Warranties
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solstice Haven disclaims warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise specific personal, wellness, or business outcomes.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solstice Haven will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss arising from reliance on educational content, inability to access the site, or use of third-party resources. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Suspension and Termination
We may restrict or end access to the Services when reasonably necessary to protect users, the business, or the integrity of the site; respond to unlawful or harmful conduct; or comply with legal obligations. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including intellectual-property and liability provisions.
Changes
We may update these terms as the Services or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Your continued use after revised terms take effect means you accept the revisions. If you do not agree with an update, stop using the Services.
